Good team mates and provide lot of opportunity to learn new things. Best place for the people who are interested in creative , interested in learning new things.

Dislikes

Sad part is that the managers are worst since they are in same company for 15+ years. They are trained to make the employees work under pressure. However the managers with lateral entry are really good. Please reject the project if you as assigned to any manger with 10+ experience in Robosoft. Appraisal procedures are done just for formalities, where managers dominate everywhere! Not the best place to have work life unless you want to learn more. However the team mates are really good! Overall it's a good company. Variable pay is 10% but they used to pay it completely.

There are not many benefits like internet reimbursement. The notice period is 90 days! we need to log for 9 hours (even if you worked 11-12 hours), there is no overtime benefits

Worked as Mobile app developer. No much to learn. Company has 2 floor in operation. Rest floor not operative Food not good at all No hikes and will not even get experience letter on time when we leave the company
