Liberal culture depending on department. It depends a lot on your manager. However the sales team is a mess.

Job security - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Sales team mahe any promise to the customer to close a sale. And then it is up to rest of the employees to clean up their mess.
