Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Somthing, I have to work 14-18 hours strainght in a day as I have to attent client call in the evening and somtime late into the night. Manager do not value and individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. I do recieve appreciation email from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid- year oppraisals . Also there is no on-job training for fresher, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step- by step, which is apair sometimes....Read More
