When we talk about job security that's nothing here. Job cultur on an average. Management just for a name. Company policy not so good as per competition & future prospect.

Dislikes

As per operation Incharge, they will 🔐 locked your hand, no freedom, You cannot do anything of your own will. Even if it is in the interest of the restaurant.

Here I don't want to say in details, this job is not that much interesting, only i have satisfaction which team I build in last 5 month, that team my strength.

a system engineer

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
