Company policies are great, they provide amazing environment, best job security, healthy work - life balance, perfect opportunities to learn and grow on professional as well as person level.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Poor infrastructure,while you says for a hike they wouldn't,if you goes as a fresher then your original document will be taken,they will have a bond but they will not give you any type of knowledge they will not train you properly.only 15 days leave in a year.

I am working with this company for the last 10+ years. I have never been faced any problem. Still, if there was any problem I have shorted that out by discussing it. Management is too much friendly and supportive. Most importantly here no one needs to compromise with their personal timings and schedules.

Dislikes

There was nothing to dislike but yes there is always an option to improvisation.

I have joined RNJ Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. as a Sr. Graphic Designer and with the time I have been promoted to Creative Head to Business Head. It was a great journey, working with a skilled team.
