Its a very good company to work with good Leaders like Mr. Atul Desai , Mr. Srirang Sondur Mr. Pankaj Shrivastava who will give you all freedom and space to experiment and perform. Work pressure exists but in positive direction. If you are qualified in construction sector good place.

Marketing team is relatively small and good part is, it is independent of sales which is a separate vertical. Work life balance is good. At head office, working hour is from 9:30am to 6pm.

Dislikes

Marketing budget is okay but they don't allow to consume more than 30-40% budget. Career growth is limited. Even variable component of salary is paid at 50% which is a new form of exploitation. It should be 70-80% minimum. Notice period for all employees revised to 3 months an year ago (which should be 30 days as per industry standard) and penalty is one's gross salary and not the basic salary. Salary growth stood at 6-8% as in 2017. Appraisal cycle is questionable as period of assessment is from April to March but appraisal is give from 1st July (they effectively eat your three months of increment). Morever, hiked salary post appraisal was paid in October in 2017 and same is likely to be the case in 2018....Read More

At RMC Readymix India an MBA graduate would be selected as a management trainee and would be posted anywhere in pan india.The training period for the management trainee is for 1 year which is followed by a 6 month's probation period,so we would get enough and more time to learn things .During the training period we would be asked todo sales and sometimes may even be provided with sales target for the month.The salary offered is 28000 per month and a completion bonus of 1 lakh at the end of the training.The working days would be 6 days a week and will get only a total of 10 days leave for an entire year after which loss of pay would be applicable.The training offered is on job training that is we have to learn everything ourselves an occasional training session would be held once a year which would only cover the technical side....Read More

The company does not have any proper hierarchy and the HR dept of the company is terrible.There is no support from the management side.For a job which requires to know the local language the company allocates you to an entirely new region so you would find it difficult to interact with the customers and get orders.There is a lot of service issues​ for the products offered by the RMC so you should be ready to hear a mouthful from the customers.There is very slow growth process for the career in RMC even though they say the promotion would happen every 3 years but you should be lucky to get promoted atleast after 5 years of your service. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">There willnot be any work-life balance as you should be available 24*7*365 either in person or in phone.T</mark>he leaves you get during training is so little like 10 days an year and you will get like another 10 days leave as public holidays....Read More
