Feeling of Job Security and on site opportunity. Management is very friendly. Excellent opportunity to learn new technologies. And there are lot of fun in RM that you can indulge in.

Dislikes

Don't expect too much in Appraisal, but they will give you reasonable amount.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
