It is the timing that they provide and also you have uk shifts with allowance but it ends before 11pm hence a good shift.

The worst part is dealing with overseas stakeholders who has no clue as to what they are supposed to do and always point fingers at offshore support team when things invariably go wrong. Management is interested not in simple solutions but in high cost flashy ideas that fails on ground.
