Salary is paid on time by month end, detail induction and orientation, joining kits, functional training for sales, management is involved in daily operations, policies, process and systems

Dislikes

Hire and fire culture, ill treatment and disrespect, very few projects in pipeline, micro management, multiple reporting groups, high expectations, unreasonable targets, inadequate support and budget, insufficient branding and marketing, everyone is treated like a tele caller, management chats at 12 midnight on Sunday for updates, even senior executives are treated like junior associates, they will hire a candidate after 3 rounds of interview and tell him to leave within a month if they are not satisfied with his performance....Read More
