This is the no 1 wrost company, they will never pay salaries on time they didn’t pay my 3 months salary

This is the no 1 wrost company , they will never pay salaries on times and they didn’t pay my 3 months salary too and the work culture is very bad even know has don’t no how to counsellor and basic point but the politics are wonderful I never saw that type politics even in MNC , and the salary date also end of the month 25-30 th my suggestion is don’t waste your valuable time and please take nonsense headaches...Read More

It's a good place to work and to learn the new things for career growth. The team work is good and the team will help us a lot to learn more about immigration. HR policies are good enough to learn work culture in corporate work place.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
