Job security very poor , But some staff very good,vikas kumar is very good personality,he is Zonal Head marketing. My experience is very good,I have achieved life of lessons. Management very bed , I have experienced in Railways how to work,how to locomotive products purchase . Company policies not good,they give average salary,

Management and office colleagues are very polite and cooperative. Overall a good company to work with them.

The employees are not being given the facilities, promotions and salary benefits as per the growth that the company has achieved in the last 10 years. Despite the work pressure being less, the only holiday is on Sunday.
