Presently I’m not working with RK. I have worked experience 12 years In RK. Few changes stared after joining new RM for south . Lot’s of politics and not good communications. Now Covid-19 started recently but customers are not ready to go and shop at stores.still I have contacts with RKclients so I’m aware of that.

Dislikes

Previous Management listen all the staff problems and they were always feel very proud about our store sales but after new join RM Changed all. Like shifting staff to other stores etc.....but staff didn’t like that way so all previous staff resigned because of that reasons. But personally I really like workiy with RK.

Work Details

I was worked with RK almost 12 years. I really liked it. When I achieved our store target that time I was really happy and I feel proud and I always tried to give Good number. In the last Workiy8 months I’m really disappointed .
