Worst for contractual Employees. You will feel Discrimination in every situations. No support and response from HR team. Even they will not tell you that your job will continue or not. Unconditional willingness taken for extension of contract. Then if you wan to leave rites then you have to give 3 month notice and rites can fire youon completion of your contract period. No promotion for contract employee even if you work for 10 years. 1 month and 2 months extension received. Terrible to work here....Read More
