Job security and compensation is good, some how everyone is always busy. Company has one product and works as service based with lots of clients. If you can get project which is product based then its quite good.

Dislikes

Was given no knowledge transfer or the info on the product. If they tell you its a product based company, please do not believe them. No documentations from either backend or frontend. Developers would have to do the devops work. Everyone is always busy, they use slack but people end up calling each other on the phone, no decisions are documented and its just one's word upon the other.

I have no idea on what the product is and how it works as you are constantly moved between projects based on the requirements. No knowledge transfer is given nor any info on the product.

New learnings and more opportunities for career growth from exposure to different product/project. We get to work and learn with senior people. At the end of day, it's a satisfying seeing how far I reached after comparing to previous month goals.
