Arrangement of Finance like renewal/ enhancement of WC facility of the company. preparing fund planning monthly as well as quarterly so that necessary action for shortage of fund can be taken. Looking after all taxation matter, direct as well as indirect tax. Cordinating with the team of statutory audit as well as Internal Audit. Heading the full accounts as well as all commercial department like-accounts, stores, billing and others of the company.which are reporting to me. I and working here since last more than 25 years now. the point of dislike is only in the current period about the communication between the directors i.e Father and the son. The Company does not give any facility like health insurance, club membership, LTC etc even to top management employee</mark>. The other things are normal....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
