The working experience in RIshi Shipping was good. Environment is also friendly and staff also. The another thing is my colleagues is supportive and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

The increment system is not so good. An employee is not get enough that they deserve according to their work. There is no on job training for freshers. Even there is no evolution also. There is one type of prejudice.

I get to work closely with other employees, it will be a great leaning experience.

Management is polite, all are co operative staff, work environment is also good. Company policies are good, they give average salary. Hence, there is little growth opportunities.

Dislikes

They give Increment is not much according to our skills and bonus is also not good. Career growth is very slow.

Work Details

The job is interesting. Work environment is so better. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt alot on the job.
