The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team , high-quality products and has a global client’s location. in US, UK,Australia, Hongkong, Dubai, . Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Office 🕒only 8 hours, Sometimes , I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day , Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Great learning because everything you have to figure out yourself.

U r expected to work a minimum or 45min to 1 hour extra everyday just on the name of finishing your project. Resources in RnD is very limited, always employees need to put their turn in the row. Leaves etc is very rigorously questioned. Too bossy environment. They train to to forget your personal life and work as much as u can.
