Great learning because everything you have to figure out yourself.

U r expected to work a minimum or 45min to 1 hour extra everyday just on the name of finishing your project. Resources in RnD is very limited, always employees need to put their turn in the row. Leaves etc is very rigorously questioned. Too bossy environment. They train to to forget your personal life and work as much as u can.

Politics is hell here .And especially Senior Member ruin the culture of the workplace ( talking about my dept ) by dictatorship type attitude .The management should encourage New employee and show some less favourism towards old employee
