I wanted to share my honest feedback regarding my recent experience working in RiseBird specifically as a FL freelance. In my opinion, this company is highly toxic and unprofessional, and I strongly advise against considering it as a place to work. The management environment, particularly under certain senior leadership, is a majorconcern. One of the senior managers, who wishes to remain anonymous, is unhelpful and lacks the necessary skills to lead. She often resorts to rude behavior, makes no effort to resolve issues, and has a tendency to favor certain employees, ignoring others. When I raised concerns about process glitches, they were completely disregarded. Moreover, despite putting in a lot of hard work and dedication, I never felt that my efforts were acknowledged or appreciated. What was even more concerning is that my payout was unjustifiably deducted without clear explanation. I recently left this organization and felt it was important to share my experience with others. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering joining RiseBird think twice, as the lack of professional support and leadership is a major downside.
