Scope of learning is good. Work culture is nice. Seniors are polite and ready to explain. No complete corporate culture.

Working on saturdays. No provision for tea or coffee.

Work culture is great. Office colleagues are co-operative. It is a great place to learn new skills and provides good exposure to freshers like me. Now, it's been 7 months since I joined and I still feel good here.

Dislikes

You can't stay here for long because the company hires new employees on contractual basis. That's also justifiable because it's not a big company & wants to keep things simple and straight.

Work Details

I am responsible for reviewing, editing and proofreading a great variety of content such as books belonging to management, computer science and K-12 series. After editing the content, I have to take the approval of the concerned content writer.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I didn't like the work culture at all. Company's management are pathetic .

Dislikes

Within 3 months they fire people and do not provide appropriate opportunity to grow.

Work Details

My work is challenging and i stay on my toes by competitive benchmark studies on market trends. I hope someday everybody will recognize my work.
