The top management dont trust the employees working in various departments. Top management will always keep the core decision making within its fist by not allowing the experts from various department to take their own call.

Their is no work ethics The management is highly dumb and egoistic I gave my 4 years to the organization and set the preschool section from roots to wings And one fine day I was told that the management is in loss and can’t afford my salary I was given a days notice to windup and handover. Too much of politics And heights of job in security

Team was a good one except for a few exceptions.... security of job is only for the teachers who can maintain their so called high profile....
