Their is no work ethics The management is highly dumb and egoistic I gave my 4 years to the organization and set the preschool section from roots to wings And one fine day I was told that the management is in loss and can’t afford my salary I was given a days notice to windup and handover. Too much of politics And heights of job in security

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
