I dislike everything. Before attending the interview ,I had clearly mentioned my ectc. After the interview process and getting selected ,the so called HR informed me about the CTC which was too lower than my expectation. She could have informed me this before the interview process. There is no work life balance. You have to work even till 8,9pm.Sick leave also not be approved from so called Assistant Director.
