Working in Ridge School was a good experience. Management is very kind and supportive. Work environment was also good.

PTM were held on Sundays

Ridge school is the best place to work with out any pressure or any problem. The management gives teacher a great freedom to take care of child. The teacher in ridge school will never be hungry as the management provides a good food to all teachers

Job security is a big issue here, if a teacher got problem with the student the management will fire a teacher immediately without giving any time. And the teacher do not get any learning opportunities from the school
