This nothing do specifically learning skills but get more effective your growth experience and choice get other Company.

Dislikes

Incentive and time problem, changing shift every week this is very major problem to set physical.

This is auto production Company like parts of HERO, HONDA , SUZUKI, BMW etc. They are no learning skills provide by management and no more chance to promoting at that better performance only old employees to working here and better sallery. Not new emp
