The Management of company is poor, with no HR policy at all. Rules are made & changed in whimsical manner. No clear strategies, no organisational sttucture and no growth prospect.

They are much cool, and this is the only demerit, I dislike. Everyone should have spark to do a new thing, but they are not interested actually.

1 month training at Mumbai. Tea provided. I used to enjoy Lunch break where whole team used to have lunch together. Common week off for the whole clinic

Restriction on non veg.so many sop's to follow,so many MIS sheets to be updated on daily basis and has to sent to ho on daily basis. No proper work flow. Higher management will not allow you to work in your own way. Long working hours 9.5hours.weekends working. Salary deduction on late of 1 min also after 15 mins grace.
