Dislikes

Pathetic work environment, highly contagious to one's mental health and personal life . No one is there to listen to your side as only one Hitler ( Mr. Mane Prasad) is there who made you feel like hell while working. Kept taunting and belittling you for every task provided. There are no pros about Ricardo India Office

Dislikes

There is no management. Only 1 guy ruling India office and treating other employees badly, Mr. Prasad Mane (Head and VP of Ricardo Strategy Consulting) - Tease by unnecessarily stopping reliving letters . - Treat employees as low class labour - Don't want to pay us also - Insults and pass wrong comments and even personal comments that hurt individuals - very rude behavior

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
