The culture is great, a supportive, collaborative environment, which is driven and embodied top-down. Ample opportunities and support to continue learning, which is generally a challenge. As you grow more senior, you are expected to figure things out on your own. But the environment for learning has been great, and the company has supported me in my attempts to continue learning and improving. Finally, having the option of working from home has been a huge boon to my work-life balance. I am not struggling through traffic everyday.
