It's a small organization only 30 person staff is there, My experience is no so good because never feel that I am Working in a good company.

I Am Working as a team leader I have to take meetings with the team on every week I have to share MTD with my team members on daily basis I have to share attendence

Dislikes

On the job training is not given to new joining.there is a lot of politics and tha management doesn't address our issue.salery is decent but career growth is slow.
