So much plans on papers but hardly any serious implementation. Frequent office meetings. Change in stretegy every week which as per my understanding pushes back their vision of growing exponentially. Late salary. No outing or skill or personality developement workshops. Response of management after leaving the organization is very poor. Long and exhausting fnf period.

Average or below average. Poorer then all the organisations i have worked in earlier.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
