1. CEO Aswin shreemal is a je*kand wo**nizer. He takes se**ual favours from female employees and promote them to head of zuora revenue central positions etc 2. Ankush Goyal is a pathetic loser who will treat you badly. He is the CEO pet and will bark at you if CEO says so

Revgurus is good for someone who is searching for Work life balance and is willing to work in a IT company. Gives scope to improve your communication skills and handle multiple projects at a time. Its a startup which has grown by leaps and bounds.

Dislikes

Way to many - Non flexible working hours. No Comp-off - Salary structure is trap. CTC and in hand salary has a huge gap and if u leave the company before Bonus then u have actually working at poor pay scale - Job description is deceptive. Job is not even closely related to what a CA should do. U will get frustrated after one point at the work you are doing - All the A.Managers are good except A. - No structure in Hierarchy - Work not considered at Work Experience in many other companies so choose this job very wisely...Read More

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
