This is a fraud company.They have a proper data engineer team even after that they are keeping another team of arround 25 people as another data engineering team, for which company doesn't have any budget so payout is very low. And as a data engineer all you have to do is just to listen some audios and correct sentences, lol! Right hence salary is very low no hike or promotion is there. And the worst part of the team the bong manager who addressed himself as a team owner. He reeks of alcohol and weeds in office premises.He literally stinks, ond will get hike only if they can buttering him. And his secretary that mallu, he is so toxic he forced me to work when i was on leave.So please save yourself dont join this fraud company. I was helpless so wasted my time and energy....Read More

Inspite of working long time with them they are not allowing wfh for those who stay far away. Employees who are going to office is just for showing their faces. They work half day in office and half day they work from home. Then this is partiality with those who have to leave job just because they can’t go to office as they are staying far away.

People have lost interest in actually building a product Most importantly, they did not give the entire last year's variable pay(2+ lakhs) for me and of course 0 increment. One of the poorest management hierarchies, the company still follows a college level tech management system. " yeh fix kardo, woh kardo" without any complete description or business requirements.
