I hv spent 3 years and overall experience is bad. some time indian management and project manager were fight with each other like cold war that effects the employee.

some time indian management does not show actual information to higher management and project manager and team leader have very partial decisions.

The kind of work we do there is good. The product is good and gives us options to explore new things. Logics and technology used is also nice.

Dislikes

No work life balance at all. Do not expect leaves if you are working with them. Too much unnecessary pressure of work. Favouritism culture and working beyond usual hours in normal.
