No strategy about work and job is not secured evenly you having a excellent performance. We do not have any authority to do for company. This is one man show. Company is working on man operated and not a system operated. And whatever systems made that only for showing to others & to MNC's

There was no goal for work neither to employees. Always follow up with purchase. No security. Workers are casual and they also changes. We cannot trained
