Pros - Company is small but rapidly growing. I worked with good brands like Wipro, Concentrix, Guidehouse etc but the support and comfort level which I experienced here I didn't feel like it anywhere. Salary is good with work & personal life balance. Cons - As of now I do not have anything to share but if I experience anything in future then will surely update that.

It is very good.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
