Working here provides me ample time for myself. There is no work pressure and late working hours. Its good place to work

I am dissatisfied about my salary here. Its a small company of 5-6 people so there is no hierarchy hence no career growth. There are no work appraisals.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
