You come to office, sit for 9 hours and go home with strict break timings. They deduct salary on every small thing. You are not allowed to work from home even in emergency situations. The fast paced nature of the fashion industry can sometimes lead to pressure, requiring quick turnarounds on designs. Also all Saturday is working day.

It is a staffing agency in dubai. The work environment is entirely fraudulent with no legal practice in place. Employees are forced to use pseudonyms. The restrictive policies imposed on employees are excessive. High level confidentiality is expected from employees. The hr is a mere puppet of the director, rude, uncooperative, and unprofessional. The management is completely disorganized, biased, corrupt and lacks any sense of understanding. There is no career growth in this company a complete waste of time. People work here only for money. There is no skill development, no proper projects to work on, management is not available if you need their help. Plus the people are totally shady, they won’t let you take more than 1 leave, even if you are sick and have had good record at work . And once you tried to leave, they will make you sign some contract and then after signing they would tell you that you won’t be paid your last month salary, height of being cheap. from the first day to last day of employment, regrated joining the place. the company is very suspicious. the people in Chennai are the puppets dancing to the tunes of people in Dubai. we are not allowed to give ideas or never considered. the boss is the worst, i am sure employees there are not to be blamed, its all the boss who decides what has to happen or said. she was not open for any ideas or suggestions , given by me for the betterment of the company. my colleges i have heard them bragging about this behavior from first day. they are just sticking for the money. the designers are not designers here they are techpack developers. if you check there website, zalata.com you would see the garment designs are not designer. its outdated styles. horrible work culture, boss treats people horribly....Read More
