All is well and good about the company, but sometimes a rare in some related jobs & works maybe for a (customers or maybe to staff or maybe to anyone else) the company higher official people will not agree and they straightly avoid the people requests, in giving a little bit of changes of on commitments to the requesters, I try to not to loose the company goodwill for this simple reasons. the management have to appricate the right persons that who is giving full fledge of work responsibilites to the company.
