Likes

The best part about working at Reshamandi is the freedom we get. For a job or task to be completed, we are not restricted in processes or approval layers. We get the freedom to be our own bosses. There's no micro-management. People are more solutions or result-oriented than process-oriented. Streamlining of processes is still in focus though.
