The work culture is good but very bad when it comes to employee satisfaction. . Still the senior authorities like CEO, CBO, CMO are very good, highly experienced and supportive .. Was very satisfied with the support by them but when it comes to HR policies they are terrible

The worst thing is team management.. And off course incentive plans, compare to other sales organisations the rules are very unfair .. For small reasons your incentives will stuck and the Hr policies are just in favor of company and not for employees, when I joined organization the employee strength was about 70-90 now it is around 30-40. Many people left because of the pathetic rules from HR. So simple like everyone comes to sales because of Money factor and if you don't provide it to them then no one will prefer you....Read More

work is just to do sales and its not a bad job .. Just have to deal with leads company has provided.. Leads are good but still they can improve
