I am fullysatisfied with the environment there and how they put their efforts to build us to make our journey smooth ahead, I have lot to say about this company as they do motivate to perform that one could easily performan if he/she really wants to! Even I don't think I found anything bad there as if I would have really had I don't think I could be able to write this much about this company!

Work Details

My role to make understand the clients and to counselor them how to create wealth for which we have 2 products with us.. This is all an on-line process so we communicate via, call, whatsApp and mails!

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
