The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology in printing and packaging industry. There is no on job training, job security is poor, career growth is excellent, travel policy is good for everyone, work environment is average.

Here the work pressure is average but growth is excellent. Managers don't value an individual's unique strength hence employees have to take back thier suggestion most of the time. There is no on job training for fresher and senior don't guide step to step, which is pain some times to learning and understanding.
