Nothing is appreciated in this company...poor and irresponsible organization.

Dislikes

Company has a no vision, nobody has pick ur call,not any power to manager or regional head,any time transfer any where,toxic work culture,very very unstable job,no HR support, recruitment only done from HR not from branch. No scope to give any performance because never get support from management. Don't spoil to career with this type of company.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
