I had joined in 2011 and when I joined in Visakhapatnam, we do have a minimal contracts with less resources and took a challenge and developed our zone to such an extent, where competitors couldn't get through. This was done with support of teammates and management. Learnt alot with periodical exercises and trainings, and made us number ONE. But when integrated with PCI thought we could get through our company to such a position where each and every employee is benefited. Fortunately myself and team is unhappy with integration and myself left organisation in JUNE 2018.
