I didn't like anything about the Rentech Digital. A company having pathetic CEO and Director. Has no sense.

Dislikes

CEO should learn how the true leadership is. Must pay the salary on time and treat your employees in a good way. A CEO(Himanshu Dhameliya) and Director(Pravin Dhameliya) both are cheater & typical, brainless director. No leadership, No treatment for employees, Pathetic management, Nagative atmosphere, No value for your hard work.

I was working as SEO executive at Rentech Digital. It was worst experience. Have got termination without any prior notice or reasons. They did not pay my salary of my last worked month.
