The company has good projects as well design team is too strong it's good to start your career but be aware to ask about the facts ...Jib are secured but salary can delay, less chances to get good appraisals work environment is healthy. Director is very helpful and kind person.

Only My teammates were good.

Dislikes

No training programs, Job security is Zero. Management take calls in few hours without notice pay. WorkiLife balance is terrific. Management also says in sevice industry employees should cooperate beyound office hrs. Salary is never paid on time. Utter level of discrimination in the name of appraisal.
