1. Good pay 2. Quarterly party budget 3. Annual party although it did not happened this year. 4. Optimistic top leadership like our CEO,COO and CTO

1.Strict 9 hours tracking with biometric 2. Excessive politics specially in QA dept 3. Weak business pipeline 4. Weak hr, they rely on managers and directors blindly. 5. All the policies are for employees who do not fit well in the political structure otherwise you don't have to follow even a single rule. I have seen people not evenspending 5 hrs in office but they are still supported by directors. All in all the political environment is ruining it. However the top leadership is optimistic but senior managers and directors are ruining the vision because of politics, favouritism and nepotism.
