Company only use their employee, They never care about there employee. If any Management ask them to increase any employee Notice Period then they apply the same to any individual employee.And that should be applicable without any confirmation from employee side.

Work Details

I was interested in Windows server. But they never align me to any of the training.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
