Worked for 2 years....1st year my CTC was 6300 pm and it was increased next year i.e.6337 rupees per month....very bad experience about it... anyway I as in MNC client.very bad experience at RASPL, don't join here...plz join other companies,1 thing I wanted to share... they never for to show the dreams about future but at the last nothing you will get.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
