2 days holiday. Focus on Diversity is good but just for the sake for diversity hiring is going on. Some members were terrible even basic level.

Individual growth is not good. Complete politics. Even though you perform well, orally they say good but end result is very bad. No visibility for promotions even after highlighting to higher VP level. Top level also do not commit anything even with performance related targets

company is good. Job security is ok . if u be a yes guy to all top people and behave amicably with your manager and HoD u can have a peaceful life. on average u will get somewhere around 5 - 9% hike every year VC also almost 100 % all time. Growth is less. like all other companies u need to be very close to some top people then only u will get promotion or else u can spend your carrier there if you are ok with 5 - 9 % hike and once in 5 years promotion . job security is ok . nowadays need to travel all days to office and no wfh. cafeteria is good. company also good. good environment. while joining itself go with the good hike. on average they will give 30 - 40 % hike. after that only 5-7 % every year....Read More

learning is very very less. if you come from a good techno commercial background then here you will forget everything. 100 process for all different works. all of them are totally waste and good for nothing . if you are fresher then don't go. u will not learn anything.
