People who are in higher position are being toxic & selfies. That's affecting the working culture. Management needs to focus on this topic. Otherwise these kinda people will ruin the culture of the entire organisation

Good company to stay when having good yrs of experience. Work life balance is supper. Apprisal are also decent. Good culture of internal mobility

Dislikes

As a fresher, I will not recommend much. Though it is not problem with this company, its problem in almost all OEM, they will have team for all work. So we will be left with only small part in process, thats the reason I feel our skill set will be very limited. Other than this I don't have any complaints.
